200610 Sunday ❤ Friends from The Land of Smiles

Woke up at 2pm that day. Cheryl went down with me to vacuum the car while waiting for our parents to get ready for lunch. Lunched at Whampoa market.

Had to rush to get ready when we got home. Dressed up. Bought the car for a car wash at Shell. And then to pick Mama up. We arranged to have dinner together as Godma's friends from Bangkok are here for a holiday.

Mama and I were "invited" to this dinner because we've meet them when Godma brought us to Bangkok years ago. And they surprisingly remembered me!! I, obviously, looked different now, since it was so long ago.

Godma used to work in Bangkok for awhile then, that's how she got to know them. And when she bought us there, we even drove to Rayong. It's at the South of Thailand I think. They have a apartment there. And we have lots of fun at the beach. With Cheryl too, of course. Too bad we didn't take many pictures back then. And if any, it wouldn't be a digital photo.

Cheryl didn't join us for dinner as there wasn't enough space in the car. I get a seat since I'm the driver. I come with the car. Turns out there's space after all because two of them didn't join us. Godma kept telling me that she feels bad for leaving Cheryl out.

I was alone in the car with Mama, and I was a little frightened, because I didn't know the way. But I managed after all.

We had chicken rice and steamboat at Yet Con Restaurant (25 Purvis street). Their food is not bad, but the service staff there is a bit weird. Probably cause they are old staffs, and their way of working/thinking is different =X

After dinner, we took a drive to Chinatown for desserts, and to walk around a bit. And we got fined because our coupons were expired.

Godma sent Mama and one of the aunty back. And I sent the other three who was staying at a condo at Novena. And we lost out way! Hahhaha!!! Not my fault. I expected them to have a rough idea where is it, but they didn't. And we went one big round, and luckily managed to find it in the end.
